1.When will my order ship?
It usually ships out within 2-3 business day.
2.How can i track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. You can track your order online. If you have set up an account, you can Login to track the status of your order at any time.
3. What are the options for ordering?
- Online Ordering: You can place your order securely online at our online store, or family site from amazon, Qoo10 singapore.

4.What happens if an items is not in stock?
99% items listed on our webstore are available in stock, If an item is both out of local stock and overseas stock at the time that you place your order, we will send you a delivery estimated date by email.
5.I ordered several items, why did i only get one tracking number?
Due to the high cost of freight, we do our best to ship your entire order in a single package. Your order is over packed and each item is properly padded for shipment. Every item that has been shipped in your order will be noted as "shipped" on the order confirmation email. If your shipment contains more than one package, you will receive one email that contains all tracking numbers for your shipment.
6.Can I change or cancel my order?
You are only allowed to cancel the order before we sends item.

8.How much will shipping cost?

9.Returns & Replacements
In general, the amount wil be refuned by the same payment that was used to make payment. The return cost and/or indemnity may be chrged to you after you return the items. Buyer will bear the shipping fee send back to us, upon received we will credit a full refund into yur account. and plsease take note the refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been damaged by customer's fault. (except for only package opened)
- The items's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.
- The item has been customized for specific buyer.
